Future Stars: First FC Montco Girls Teams in 2017-18
2003 Magic and 2004 Liberty tracked for premier transition

FC Montco and Methacton United Soccer Club are proud to announce that two girls teams are on track for premier-level soccer in the 2017-18 season: the 2003 Magic and the 2004 Liberty.

Due to the US Soccer-mandated age group changes, the teams will play the 2016-17 season under the Methacton United shield, but have been tracked for high-level play in PAGS, EDP, and summer tournaments as they begin their transition to premier teams.

2003 Magic

The 2003 Magic team looks to improve upon last years successful campaign, highlighted by two summer tournament championships and a successful PAGS Division 2 season, by improving their roster with new 2003-born talent.

2004 Liberty

The 2004 Liberty team, entering its first full-sided season at U13 this year, is the first product of Methacton Uniteds Directors Development Program, a travel-equivalent program for Methacton Uniteds U9 and younger players that emphasizes player development over winning. Following on their successful season last year in PAGS Division 2, the addition of new 2004-born players has expectations very high for this group.
